1. Product Returns

- Custom-Made Products: Since most of our curtains, blinds, upholstery, and related items are custom-made to fit your requirements, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been confirmed and processed.
- Ready-Made Products & Accessories: If you have purchased standard, ready-made products or accessories, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
2. Services (Installation, Repair & Upholstery)

- Service-related fees such as installation, wallpaper fixing, or sofa repairing are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- If there are any concerns regarding the service delivered, we encourage you to report the issue within 24 hours so our team can review and resolve it.
3. Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- In case of partial returns (eligible items only), the refund will be issued for the returned product value excluding service or delivery charges.
4. Exchanges

- Exchanges may be possible only for ready-made products and accessories if the item is in unused and resalable condition.
- Custom-made items, upholstery fabrics, or specially ordered materials cannot be exchanged.
5. Order Cancellations

- Orders for ready-made products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- For custom-made items (curtains, blinds, upholstery, etc.), cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
